Robin Tu

Robin Tu is an associate attorney at Eastside DUI, where he focuses on DUI, criminal defense, and traffic-related offenses. His work is informed by extensive prosecutorial experience and a genuine dedication to helping clients understand Washington’s criminal justice system.

Before joining Eastside DUI, Robin served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where he managed a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases. He also worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at Moberly & Roberts, PLLC in Kirkland. His time as a prosecutor provided him with valuable insight into case strategy, evidence review, and courtroom procedure, skills that now strengthen his defense practice.

Robin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, with concentrations in Criminal Law and International Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Societies, and Justice and Psychology from the University of Washington. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, worked with the Robina Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice, and participated in the Federal Defense Clinic.
